Today, I had a turkey sandwich with two slices of sharp cheddar cheese on a relatively empty stomach, and now I'm very full. Normally this would not be the case - I'd be satisfied at best. I'm getting the sense that I'm really getting used to eating a bit at a time, and I'm getting used to it pretty quickly (after all, it's barely been a week).
